    Equipment data:

    1) The designation must correspond with what is indicated on the invoice.
    2) All fields are required in order for the order to be verified and accepted.
    3) After approval, you must send a copy of the authorization email along with the material.
    4) If the damaged equipment is an iPhone, its iCloud must be deactivated, otherwise the equipment will be rejected and sent to the sender with the costs incurred by the same.
    5) After approval, you will receive an email with the information necessary to place the carrier label on the merchandise and deliver it to the collection point.
